Restoration Proposal
A visionary approach to rebuilding paradise.
Our Core Philosophy
"Sustainability, Resilience, and Luxury in Perfect Harmony."
Reimagining the Peninsula
The Caneel Point restoration project is not simply a rebuild; it is a complete reimagining of what a Caribbean eco-resort should be in the 21st century. Our proposal focuses on minimizing environmental impact while maximizing the guest experience.
- ✓ Net-Zero Architecture: Utilizing solar arrays, advanced battery storage, and passive cooling designs.
- ✓ Hurricane Resilience: Structures engineered to withstand Category 5+ storms without sacrificing aesthetic beauty.
- ✓ Cultural Preservation: Restoring and highlighting the historic sugar mill ruins on the property.

Initial Units, Beach & Spa
Restoring a portion of the overnight units, with a strong focus on developing beach-related amenities and constructing our world-class tranquil spa.
Expansion of Amenities & Units
Building out a broader range of resort amenities and completing the construction of further overnight units to reach full capacity.
Our Community Guarantees
A restoration proposal built in partnership with St. John. We commit to these legally binding community benefits as core pillars of the project.
Guaranteed Public Access ("Open Gates")
We guarantee permanent, unobstructed, and free public beach access to all seven beaches on the peninsula for all USVI residents. This includes dedicated free resident parking, public shuttle drop-offs, and fully open beach recreational areas.
Cultural & Historical Integrity
We commit to establishing a community-managed Cultural Heritage Center to honor and document every layer of the land's history—from pre-colonial Taino settlements and the heroic 1733 Slave Insurrection, to the post-emancipation maritime heritage.
75%+ Local Hire & Procurement
We pledge that a minimum of 75% of both construction and permanent resort operation staff will be hired directly from St. John and the wider USVI community. Furthermore, local artisans and vendors will receive subsidized retail spaces on the property.
Educational & Ecological Internships
In partnership with the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) and local public schools, we will fund annual internships and workforce training programs in sustainable hospitality, marine biology conservation, and dark-sky compliance engineering.
